The Edmonds Senior Center (ESC) owns the Edmonds Waterfront Center and has a 55 year ground lease for the land under the building. The City of Edmonds owns the property (also designated as a Regional Park). During weekdays ESC will offer engaging programs for seniors.

The Senior Center will rent the facility on Friday nights and the weekends for events and celebrations. All the revenue will go back to the Senior Center to support its programs. No individuals or companies will profit financially from the Waterfront Center.
