City of Edmonds - Washington

The City is in the preliminary phases of a long term restoration and recovery project involving the Marsh and Willow Creek. The City has completed the 'pre-design' phase which identified several alternatives and selected the best approach which balanced land ownership constraints, flood control needs, and fish habitat creation. A copy of the final reports from this phase can be found below. Next steps include securing additional funding for design and obtaining property owner permission for portions which are not on City-owned property.
