By checking the box below I agree to abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in particular I agree that our dive group has read and understands all park regulations to include by not limited to: A. all divers and snorkelers must dive with a buddy; B. all divers must be certified or in training; C. all divers must wear buoyancy compensators; D. no fish or marine organisms may be removed from the park; E. no boats (including submersibles, inflatables, and kayaks) allowed inside the park. Divers should prepare a dive plan based on currents, depth, visibility, and ability. Divers must stay well north of the Washington State Ferry, entering the ferry terminal is strictly forbidden.
