Important Notice: Photo-Enforced Citations
If you received a photo-enforced citation within the past two weeks, a temporary system issue may have delayed its upload to our system. The citation may not yet be available for online payment.
Because of this delay, you may receive a duplicate citation by mail with a new due date. In some cases, you may even receive a third copy if the previous citation has not yet been uploaded into the system.
If you receive a duplicate or additional copy of the same citation, please do not assume that you have received a new violation. Follow the payment instructions and use the most recent due date provided by the Court.

New Case Management System Update:
The Court has a new statewide case management system, Enterprise Justice (EJ) went live on September 14, 2026!
During implementation you may notice the following:
- Front Counter Services will be closed at 4pm daily.
- Court Staff are still in training. Online responses and phone calls may be reduced; and wait-times may be longer than normal.
- Our Staff are learning a new system! Please be patient and kind as they navigate a new system while assisting with your court matters.
What will the future look like with the new statewide system:
- The ease of mandatory electronic filing
- Defendant access, for case information and payments
- Access to records and documents
As we navigate new & improved efficient processes, we continue our efforts to provide transparency and access to justice for all court users.
