Submission of this form is required for all DADU plans proposed for inclusion in the Pre-Approved DADU Plan Catalog.

The information in this form will be included in the Pre-Approved DADU Plan Catalog, ensuring prospective applicants can select a plan that complies with the zone in which they intend to construct the DADU.

Check the box in the table below to indicate which zone the design will comply with. Zones not listed in the table below must comply with LDR-L&M.
