Edmonds Cultural Services is a division of the City's Community, Culture and Economic Development (CCED) Department. Cultural Services, along with the Edmonds Arts Commission, offers programs that highlight the scope of the arts in Edmonds, from a Cultural Plan for the City, a Public Art collection and concerts in the parks, to a rotating visual art exhibit program and a nationally recognized writers' conference. Cultural Services and the Arts Commission also assists with management of the State certified Edmonds Creative District (CreativeEdmonds.com).
